New Alcazar Album II
There's a review! In Swedish! I have no idea what it means. I tried typing it into translation software and it told me "this appears to be Indonesian rather than Swedish". Who cares? Ovantat fortraffligt!
Thanks Adam - and who can't love a review that goes "Will this song be the one that sends them to Moscow? Methinks it has a very strong chance of success tonight at Melodifestivalen."
I've now listened to the album twice. Possibly going to go jogging to it tomorrow if Piriton and I can come to an arrangement that allows me to move...
It roughly says; A splendid/exellent defence speach of disco music.
In they're danceable defence speach of disco music, Alcazar includes a bonus disc with their greatest hits. And the new tracks stands (=put up a good fight?) well against the old umbrella drinks (=tropical drinks) -which says a lot about the new albums strenght. The trio, that [also] perform songs from Pet Shop Boys, Idol-Danny (from the Swedish equivalent of American Idol) and Anders Hansson, never miss out on their ambition. It is crystal clear from the first, filtered intro; to serve the party audience simplistic/shallow dance music with an equal touch of after beach at Ocean drive as of a night club in Moscow. Unexpectedly exellent.
It might sound weird after I've translated it, but it wasn't written that well in Swedish either.

As a student of swedish i can translate a little but it's in slang which they don't teach us so much of.
But "oväntat förträffligt" means unexpected excellence.
The headline roughly translates as "Excellent defence/vindication of disco music"
